1907 - The walls of Old Delhi. The walled city was founded in 1639 by the Mughal Empire, who called the city Shahjahanabad after the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.

1860 - The Qutub Minar in Delhi. This is thought to be one of the oldest examples of Islamic architecture in India and still remains the tallest brick minaret in the world at 72.5 metres.
